GEMARIAH INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES was founded by Pastor H. D. Sellers in the year 2004. Our ministry is based on the word of GOD, and that JESUS is LORD, and died on the cross for the sins of the world, whom the Father raised from the dead on the third day, with all power! In other words, JESUS is the Foundation of this ministry, and without Him we are nothing, we don't know nothing, and we can't do nothing!
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works"
II Timothy 3:16-17.
The TRINTY/THE GOD HEAD
God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit:
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word(Jesus), and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in the earth, the Spirit, and the Water, and the Blood: and these agree in one. I John 5:7-8
A VESSEL OF HONOR
If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel of honor, sanctifiied, amd meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.
Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. II Timothy 2:21-22.
For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures, might have hope. Romans 15:4
FAITH
But without faith it is impossible to please Him(God): for he that cometh to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6
Even so faith, if it has not works is dead. James 2:17
So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Romans 10:17
For in this is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Romans 1:17
SIN
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory God" Romans 3:23
For the wages of sin is death" Romans 6:23
Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine; the soul that sinneth shall die" Ezekiel 18:4
But God commendeth His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord. Acts 22:16
Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness; by whose stripes ye are healed. I Peter 2:24
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. I John 3:9
You also may be wondering what or who is Gemariah, and what does it mean? Well if you have ever read the bible? and if you are a Christian, you should already be reading the bible Everyday! Jeremiah 36:10-13: Gemariah was an official in whose chambers the scroll was read, sent by Jeremiah the Prophet, to King Jehoiakim! Gemariah means: "The Perfection of the LORD" "The Accomplishment of the lord", and "Made Perfect by Jehovah "
